Talk to TherapyPal just like you would a real person. You can share whatever you want. Session information will be summarized after each session and TherapyPal will pick up right where you left off the next time you want support.

Manage Your Data

You have full control over your data. We encrypt your information and you can delete conversations or session whenever you want. Remember, the more context the AI has about your issues, the better the responses.

If you need therapy, you should seek it from a licensed therapist. It is intended to provide therapeutic support or be there for people who have no access to a therapist and this is their only alternative.

Therapy Pal is not for people in crisis. It provides guidance and advice. It cannot support people who intend to harm themselves or others or have experienced trauma. In those cases, do not use this service. Seek professional help immediately.
